CCM RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Grip Junior Hockey Stick

Brand new for the 2019-2020 season is the RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Junior Hockey Stick from CCM Hockey. With key improvements made to the shaft geometry and blade, the Trigger 4 Pro Stick is CCM’s quickest stick to date!

As far as appearance goes, the RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Hockey Stick features the well-known black and green colorway. The top third of the shaft is black in color with the classic CCM logo in white lettering that really pops. At the middle of the shaft is a dotted, swooping design in the classic green color, followed up by a green RibCor logo at the bottom third of the shaft in dark text outlined in green.

CCM’s Trigger Stick line are engineered for players looking for the quickest release possible and the RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Hockey Stick is no exception. It features a stiff flex point at the middle of the shaft with the bottom third of the shaft gradually decreasing in stiffness. This design maximizes the ease of loading, allowing players to fire off pucks as quickly as possible while also being able to maintain good shot power.

Further enhancing release speed is the all-new Asymmetric Taper at the bottom third of the shaft. Designed in-house at CCM’s Performance Lab, this Asymmetric design features a concave sidewall on the inner face of the stick with the outer face featuring a convex shape. The concave shape works hand in hand with the softer flex, improve release speed. The rounded convex shape on the outer face works to minimize the amount of rotational torqueing during shooting, helping improve accuracy, feel, and control!

The RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Hockey Stick also features superior durability thanks to the Sigmatex technology. This is a high-tension weaving process of the carbon fibers within the shaft of the stick that greatly improve the strength to weight ratio of the stick. This means that the RibCor Trigger 4 Pro is both incredibly strong and durable, without sacrificing overall weight.

Helping shed even more overall weight off the RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Hockey Stick is the X-Flow Technology. This is a molding process that removes excess resin and voids on the interior of the shaft, which helps improve shaft quality, consistency, and durability, all while helping decrease the weight of the stick.

Moving down to the blade, the RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Hockey Stick utilizes what is known as CCM’s new Agility Blade. This new blade features a thinner profile, and a stiffer blade toe, allowing for more linear flex which helps with shot release speed, but maintains a sturdy, controlled feel during shooting and stickhandling.

CCM Hockey seeks to produce sticks of the highest quality, performance and durability and achieve the lowest return rate in the industry. As such, CCM composite one piece player and goalie sticks and shafts are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of purchase by consumer.

This limited warranty applies to one piece composite hockey player and goalie sticks and shafts that meet the specific Warranty Replacement Conditions detailed below, and is provided only to the original purchaser. This warranty is a one-time replacement, and does not cover sticks or shafts that were previously provided as a warranty replacement. Should the defective stick be a discontinued product, or otherwise not available at the time of the warranty request, CCM reserves the right to substitute the replacement product with a comparable model.

This warranty does not apply to composite or wood stick blades, wood player or goalie sticks or Professional, Junior and College team sales.

All warranty returns are accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number from CCM. All warranty returns must be received by CCM within 14 days of issuance of the CCM RA number. The request for replacement of the stick or shaft is made within 30 days of purchase of the stick or shaft by the consumer, as evidenced by an original receipt.

The consumer ships the full stick to CCM and provides the original receipt for that stick or shaft from an authorized CCM retailer. The receipt must include the authentic stick or shaft serial number sticker affixed to the receipt, and the serial number must match the serial number of the stick or shaft being returned. You may make a clean cut on the stick, away from the break, for shipping.

The breakage is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, and determined by CCM to not be the result of abuse or any of the following actions:

• Contact with another player, skate blade, goal post or rink boards
• The stick is exposed to any type of open flame or heat source which modifies its original shape
• The blade or paddle is tampered with a rasp, file or sandpaper
