Brand new for the 2019-2020 season is the Sher-Wood Rekker M90 Junior Ice Hockey Stick. Built with weight, reliability, and responsiveness in mind, Sher-Wood introduces new features, while re-engineering some familiar ones, making the Rekker M90 their most advanced stick to date!

Starting with the interior of the Rekker M90 Hockey Stick, it is constructed of Sher-Wood’s improved BlackLine material, now going by the name of BlackLine XXV Carbon Fiber. The proprietary weaving of this material is known as FlyLite II Technology. It uses thinner fibers, allowing them to be lighter, tighter, and respond quicker during stickhandling and shooting. This also allows the stick to remain incredibly lightweight, weighing in at 380 grams (SR), while maintaining a high level of durability.

Further enhancing the durability of the Rekker M90 Hockey Stick is the graphene material incorporated into high-impact areas of the stick. This material is extremely strong and is the most impact-resistant material ever incorporated into a Sher-Wood Hockey Stick! Topping everything off is the ResInjection System on the interior of the stick that helps prolong that “pop” feel of a brand-new stick.

The Rekker M90 Hockey Stick is a low-kick stick powered by Sher-Wood’s Dropkick Taper. This aggressive taper provides more efficient loading times, resulting in ultra-quick shot releases. This setup will take less force to engage the stick’s kick point, allowing players to quickly fire the puck off their blade with ease.

Moving down to the blade, the Rekker M90 Hockey Stick features a revamped version of the VRF blade, going by the name of VRF.4. This blade has a thinner and lighter profile, and is incorporated with advanced foams, giving players unmatched control, feel, and durability.

Sher-Wood Hockey and TPS hockey products are built from the finest of materials and craftsmanship so that their performance exceeds the expectations of our customers. Hockey is a physical game and as such all hockey sticks are designed to break if an unreasonable force is applied. In certain cases it may be due to a manufacturing defect. If you feel the breakage of your stick was not caused by normal wear and tear, please refer to the Warranty Policy below to determine the next steps for you.

Sher-Wood Hockey Inc. offers to the original buyer exclusively a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for thirty (30) days from the original retail purchase date when used under normal and customary use in ice hockey play. Sher-Wood will provide a ONE-TIME warranty replacement for Sticks/Shafts/Blades if:

1. The Stick/Shaft/Blade was purchased at an authorized Sher-Wood Hockey Inc. retailer and a proof of purchase in the form of an original electronic cash register receipt is submitted;
2. There is no evidence that the hockey Stick/Shaft/Blade has been abused, tampered with, over-heated, altered, defaced, misused, skate-cut, expose to open flame or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer;
3. The hockey stick and/or shaft is returned in its entirety;
4. Upon inspection by the company, the company determines in its sole discretion that the product breakage was due to a manufacturing defect and not any other reason;
5. Claim must be submitted within the 30 day warranty period.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Wooden sticks, wooden goalie sticks and wooden blades are excluded from this warranty. Sher-Wood reserves the right to repair or substitute a similar product. Sher-Wood may invalidate or change this warranty offer at any time. Professional, Junior and College team sales are excluded from this warranty.

Equipment Bags are covered against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
